With a passion for her craft and a keen eye for detail, Chef Daniek cooks with care, creativity, and respect for nature. Her work experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and her years as head chef and owner of Restaurant Wollegras form the basis for her own style: pure, seasonal, and full of flavour.
“For me, food is more than just taste. It’s about experience, connection, and a little bit of wonder at the table. Every dish tells a story of nature, of the season, and of the people who enjoy it,” says chef Daniek.
