What super staff they have, I'll start with that, everyone is super friendly, nothing is too much trouble, and they always give polite answers. You guys really set the atmosphere. I found the hotel itself to be atmospheric too. The room was neat and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were also faultless. So definitely a 10!!!
